Concerning the heavenly king

There is one eternal king, ruler and creator of all creatures.
He is rightly the king and the glory of kings and the best of
all kings who have (lit. "has") ever been or will ever be. Him
be always praise and glory and eternal honour forever, amen.

Concerning the worldly king
---------------------------
It is fitting for the Christian king in a Christian nation that
he be the comforter of the people and a just shepherd over the
Christian flock, as it is right. And it is fitting that he
elevate Christianity with all his might and keenly promote and
protect God's church everywhere, and reconcile and bring to 
peace all Christian people with just law, as zealously as he can,
and that he love righteousness through every thing for God and
for the world.
